All the materials that we are using in our products are being supplied directly from the producers according to DIN/ASME/AISI/JIS/AFNOR standarts with the quality certificates.
This philosophy is also applied to other consumables like tools, hardfacing alloys and equipments.
Zumre Matalurji has one of the most comprehensive coating and treatment capability among the glass mould producers in Turkey. Our coating department has P.T.A., SUB-ARC, TIG, HVOF, MIG, S&F, PW, PLASMA ARC SPRAY which we use any or many of them together with a following treatment which enable us to produce LONG LIFE MOULDS and spare parts.
All our machining and production processes are centrally controlled and programmed where we use CAD/CAM for the precise production. With the experience in hardfacing and material science, we are able to refurbish the old mould parts as well.
We try to deliver in shortest period that we can.
We know we are not cheapest in the market, but we also know that our price/life ratio is considerably low and economic.
